The YMCA of Central Virginia has had over 1,000 individuals join the YMCA of Central Virginia Live page on Facebook.
Each weekday they live stream various activities, classes, family crafts, and healthy cooking shows. This is a service that is being provided to the community, and people do not need to be Y members to join.
The Y has also expanded SOS child care to include Lynchburg City and Westminster Canterbury employees, in addition to Centra personnel.
Personal training, REGYMEN, and virtual wellness appointments are also being offered online now.
